Mr. Alok Seth is the founder Partner and senior Partner of the firm. He has a rich experience of
almost 17 years and has highly diverse experience is in the field of Audit, Income tax
representations and appeals and company law matters, Sales Tax and Service Tax.
Mr. Alok Seth qualified in the year 1997 and carried his practices initially with Rajesh Radhey &
Associates as Partner and then formed a Proprietorship firm in the year 2010. In 2014, This firm
is converted into Partnership firm.
CA NEERAJ - Associate Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate
Qualification: B.Com(Pass), Chartered Accountant

Background and experience :-
Mr. Neeraj joined the firm in 2015 as Partner. He has a varied experience of 2.5 years and
handling the assignments of firm’s clients in Audits, Income Tax representations, Appeals,
Company law matters, Sales Tax and Service Tax.
CS KUSUM ASWAL - Associate Company Secretary, Commerce Graduate

Ms. Kusum Aswal joined the firm in 2016 as Associate Company Secretary. She is heading the
Company Law Matters and handling matters related to Registrar of Companies, Company Law
Board, etc of various types of corporate clients.
CA PRASHANT JAIN - Associate Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate
Qualification: B.Com, Chartered Accountant

Background and experience :-
Mr. Prashant Jain joined the firm in 2020 as Assistant Manager Audit. He is heading the audit
division and handling the statutory audits, internal audits, stock audits, etc. of various types of
corporate clients, individuals, Charitable trusts.
POOJA DAGAR – Manager, Commerce Graduate

Background and experience :-
Mrs. Pooja Dagar joined the firm in 2014 as Assistant Manager. She is heading the indirect Taxation
division and handling the sales tax, service tax, excise, GST etc. of various types of corporate
clients, individuals, Charitable trusts
